Important Advisory for Prospective Institutions & Students

Official Notice

Candidates seeking admission to paramedical, nursing, and healthcare diploma programs across CMRC India are advised to ensure that the respective institution or study center holds a valid, active Affiliation Certificate issued by the Central Medical Education & Research Council. The authentic registry of affiliated training centers is updated dynamically and accessible in our public directory.

Online Application

Submit society or trust details, proposed infrastructure, classroom photos, and course intake requirements.

Document Review

Scrutiny of trust deed, building lease/ownership deed, faculty CVs, and tie-up hospital MoU agreements.

Physical Inspection

On-site inspection by Council appointed medical inspectors to verify laboratories, equipment, and safety.

Grant of Affiliation

Issuance of Affiliation Certificate, center code, syllabus allotment, and online portal credentials.

Prescribed Norms & Operational Standards

Any educational society, registered public trust, or hospital wishing to establish a training center affiliated with CMRC India must satisfy the following fundamental institutional criteria:

Society / Trust Registration: Applications must originate from a registered Trust, Society, Section-8 Company, or Healthcare Organization.
Adequate Infrastructure: Well-ventilated classrooms, faculty chambers, library, and dedicated practical laboratory spaces.
Qualified Instructional Faculty: Qualified teaching personnel (MBBS, MD, B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing, MLT, Physiotherapy specialists) matching course requirements.

Hospital Tie-Up for Clinicals: Mandatory formal MoU with a minimum 25-50 bedded recognized hospital for clinical internships.
Diagnostic Laboratory Setup: Proper microscopes, pathology reagents, autoclaves, centrifuge machines, and testing analyzers for DMLT & allied fields.
Ethical Administration: Adherence to Council fee norms, timely submission of examination enrollment records, and student welfare provisions.
