Fee Schedule & Refund Framework

This policy defines the terms governing enrollment fees, examination charges, verification fees, and study center affiliation deposits paid to Central Medical Education & Research Council (CMRC India).

1. Student Enrollment & Examination Fees

Registration fees, examination fees, and marksheet verification fees once deposited into the Council's designated accounts are generally non-refundable once enrollment processing, roll number assignment, or examination hall ticket generation has commenced.

2. Duplicate Transaction Reversals

In cases where a candidate or center incurs duplicate debit charges due to technical payment gateway issues, the surplus amount will be refunded back to the originating bank account within 7 to 10 working days upon email verification.

3. Institutional Affiliation Fee Policy

Inspection fees and processing costs associated with center affiliation audits are non-refundable regardless of whether an institution is granted or denied affiliation based on inspection findings.
