Council Regulations & Website Usage Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web portals and online services of Central Medical Education & Research Council (CMRC India), users, candidates, and study center coordinators agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Course Eligibility & Admission

All course admissions and registrations granted by CMRC India are subject to candidates fulfilling the minimum educational benchmarks established by the Academic Council. Candidates found submitting fabricated or falsified credentials shall face immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund.

2. Study Center Obligations

Affiliated training institutions agree to maintain the prescribed student-faculty ratio, provide adequate lab chemicals and clinical facilities, adhere strictly to the Council's examination timetables, and refrain from misleading advertisements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All syllabi, logos, study manuals, marksheet designs, exam questions, and website graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of CMRC India and protected under Indian copyright statutes.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute or claim arising from institutional affiliations, courses, or certifications shall be subject exclusively to the competent judicial courts having jurisdiction over New Delhi / Uttar Pradesh, India.
